Extremely disappointing customer service experience. They disconnected the call without addressing my issue. I was waiting for my refund and had no way to reach the support team. Eventually, I had to post my concern on social media, and it was resolved quickly, thanks to their social media team. However, the customer service remains inadequate. I highly recommend booking directly with the airlines, as they are much more helpful and accessible.
