My flight scheduled from Bengaluru to Kolkata on 3rd December 2025 was cancelled by Spice Jet . While booking the flight Goibibo did not provide my mobile number. Spice jet claims to have sent mobile message regarding cancellation of flight on 14th November 2025. to the mobile number associated the PNR. I was not intimated of the message by Goibibo. I cancelled my booking on 30th November, only when I was about to web check in.After this I have sent several emails to Goibibo to refund the amount for the ticket since the flight was cancelled by the airlines. I have raised multiple tickets but everytime the ticket was closed without resolving the issue.Still have not got my refund. The team is not responding to the emails or calls.The lapse on part of Goibibohas caused tremendous stress and absence from a very important meeting, which has cost me a huge sum of money.
