My flight from Bengaluru to Kolkata scheduled for 3rd December 2025 was cancelled by the airline. While booking, the platform did not include my mobile number. The airline claims to have sent a cancellation message to the mobile number linked to the PNR on 14th November 2025, but I was not informed about it by the platform. I only cancelled my booking on 30th November, just before web check-in. Since then, I have sent numerous emails to the platform requesting a refund due to the airline's cancellation. I have raised multiple tickets, but they were closed without any resolution. I still have not received my refund, and the support team is unresponsive to my emails and calls. This oversight has caused me significant stress and resulted in missing an important meeting, leading to a considerable financial loss.
Don't do cab booking from Goibibo Or Makemytrip they cancel the trip at the last movement leaving u and ur family stranded with no option except paying 2-3 times more fare at the last movement booking. Same thing happened to me .Don't trust them
Worst service . Flight cancelled , airlines issues fulfill refund , but Goibibo deducted convenience fee of 1200/- ..Not possible to contact customer service , since no one responds ..it asks to login to app where no Help is provided..Worst service worst website

Spice jet claims to have sent mobile message regarding cancellation of flight on 14th November 2025. to the mobile number associated the PNR. I was not intimated of the message by Goibibo. I cancelled my booking on 30th November, only when I was about to web check in.After this I have sent several emails to Goibibo to refund the amount for the ticket since the flight was cancelled by the airlines. I have raised multiple tickets but everytime the ticket was closed without resolving the issue.Still have not got my refund. The team is not responding to the emails or calls.The lapse on part of Goibibohas caused tremendous stress and absence from a very important meeting, which has cost me a huge sum of money.
I booked a ticket from Jabalpur to Ahmedabad for 4 persons. The price was more than 4k per person. The boarding time was 4.30 pm from Jabalpur. It came at 4.10 but left almost 1 hr late. I reached Ahmedabad at 1 pm instead of 8.30 am. Also ,after vadodra, when I was sitting with my family, I observed that 4 persons went above where our 2 seats were booked and bags were kept. Upon asking, then told me that they will travel till Ahmedabad. I complaint about it. Also the lock of bathroom door was not working. Overall, not a good experience
As a female passenger i booked a bus at 9 30 from greator noida zero point and the bus was delayed.I tried to ask them for help as I was alone at that place till 11 am then I took another bus randomly after waiting for long time.I want refund for my trip.The app never even listen to the problems. Very disappointed.

My flight with Airasia got cancelled, I was thankful that the company refunded full to Goibibo as I bought from them. I had no worries as I thought it is in safe hands and I will get back in my bank account. But unfortunately I called them 100 times each day new executive talks , I spoke to the supervisor also on 5th March but all in vain. Suddenly I saw 5000 they reversed in my bank account but still no development, no one has the answer. I am really so worried.How unprofessional experience!
