My flight with Airasia got cancelled, I was thankful that the company refunded full to Goibibo as I bought from them. I had no worries as I thought it is in safe hands and I will get back in my bank account. But unfortunately I called them 100 times each day new executive talks , I spoke to the supervisor also on 5th March but all in vain. Suddenly I saw 5000 they reversed in my bank account but still no development, no one has the answer. I am really so worried.How unprofessional experience!
