My flight from Bengaluru to Kolkata scheduled for 3rd December 2025 was cancelled by the airline. While booking, the platform did not include my mobile number. The airline claims to have sent a cancellation message to the mobile number linked to the PNR on 14th November 2025, but I was not informed about it by the platform. I only cancelled my booking on 30th November, just before web check-in. Since then, I have sent numerous emails to the platform requesting a refund due to the airline's cancellation. I have raised multiple tickets, but they were closed without any resolution. I still have not received my refund, and the support team is unresponsive to my emails and calls. This oversight has caused me significant stress and resulted in missing an important meeting, leading to a considerable financial loss.
