I'm a South African, on the 28th of January, I booked a flight with Emirates to Delhi via Dubai, the same day, I booked a flight with Indigo leaving Delhi, March 8 to Chennai returning March 11 . A week before my departure, the drama in the middle East started. All international flights with Emirates were cancelled. I've sent about 9 emails from that day to Indigo customer service. Their replies have been, we understand your concerns and we acknowledge the problem. A day before the so called departure, Indigo sent me a check in message, I replied , how pdo I check in when I'm still in South Africa. Recently after my new reschedule booking from Emirates for this Thursday March 19, The customer service informed me via email that they cannot rebook me because it says on the system "no show". How can I show up when my flights have not resumed from South Africa. 2 days ago, I wrote to Ms. Isha Gandhi and Pratik Arjun, people of authority at Indigo head office, no reply till now. They are senior people at corporate office. I did mentioned on my previous emails that I'm not looking for refund, just to reschedule my bookings when Emirates resume the flights. I have been using Indigo for the last 10-15 years. What's going wrong currently? Very very pathetic and frustrating situation
