Very poor experience both in uk and India , they cancel flight and refund only one leg of journey and lost 😞 money on return flight, hotel booking etc
No customer support
My flight got canceled at a time where all relatively cheap flights are closed - they provide no real rebooking options and rebooking does not even work when chosing one of the poor options. Really poor AI held. I have cancled my booking and hope i can make it home somehow - and get our money back - I will update when i know if i get the money - it will still be one start though

I booked Business Class (IndiGoStretch) with IndiGo and it turned into one of the most frustrating travel experiences I’ve had.
The biggest issue is the complete lack of real customer service. You can’t call them. You’re pushed into a chatbot that can’t answer basic questions, and if you’re lucky enough to reach a real agent through chat, replies come painfully slowly, with long gaps that make urgent issues impossible to solve. At one point I was even told they “couldn’t handle business-class customers” and had to transfer me to a “business-class specialist” which, in practice, meant even more waiting.
My outbound journey from Copenhagen to Bangkok via India was chaos, especially during the transfer. It wasn’t that it was hard to find the right security line. There were no lines. Just a crowd of people pushing and shoving, while a representative from the airline was shouting “faster, faster, faster” and telling people they were going to miss their connecting flights. That is not what you expect when you pay extra for Business Class.
The worst part came while I was already in Asia: IndiGo cancelled my return flight, and I was suddenly standing there with no ticket home. The options they offered were unacceptable for a Business Class booking. They either proposed economy-class tickets with a travel time of around 35 hours, or a very small refund that didn’t match the cost, inconvenience, or the fact that I had paid for Business Class.
Business Class should come with reliability, clear communication, and support when things go wrong. With IndiGo I got the opposite: no access to proper customer service, endless delays in chat, and a cancellation handled in a way that left me stranded. If you want to be confident you’ll also get home, never book with this airline.
The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.
Rearranged our flight a month before to two days later with a ONE HOUR layover in Mumbai. No apology or acknowledgment that they had lost two days of our trip and that a one hour layover was impossible in Mumbai.
Cancelling and getting a refund has been an unbelievably painful experience, speaking to chat bots and robotic agents if they are real humans.
This business / airline whatever they are needs to go bust. Absolute waste of everyone's time and money. Useless.
Worst company on earth. They changed my flight so it takes 41 hours to my destination invested of 16 hours. I tried to get in touch with the support and got through two times from their chat robot. Then no answers. I’ll never recommend them to anyone and they should stay away from denmark
My IndiGo Mumbai–Delhi journey on 4–5 December faced multiple cancellations and overnight delays, with final departure after a long airport wait. I raised a formal complaint and was informed that a ₹3,000 voucher would be issued, but it has still not been delivered.
After nearly 2 months of follow-ups through email and AirSewa, the only response I received was a rejection stating my flight was not eligible under their “Gesture of Care” scheme. That does not address the pending compensation already promised.
Very disappointed with the post-complaint resolution process.
Very Bad Experienced. I honestly think even a 1-star rating is more than this airline deserves. A 3-hour flight turned into a 7-hour nightmare. Halfway through the journey, the crew suddenly announced that the airplane did not have enough fuel to reach Doha. That level of negligence is shocking and completely unacceptable.
There was no proper explanation, no apology, and no sense of responsibility. The delay and inconvenience caused to passengers were massive, and the handling of the situation showed zero professionalism.
I never thought I’d say this, but auto rickshaws and buses are more reliable than these Indigos as they run on time. This was hands down the worst flight experience of my life, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this airline if they value their time and safety.
Very poor experience booked a flight many months in advance, constant delays and rescheduling. 1 week before the flight expected to go they state I can have a full refund, now I have to start from scratch at higher price due to short notice. I am highly disappointed! Avoid at all costs!
My flight was cancelled, forcing me to incur unavoidable hotel and meal expenses. Although an alternative flight was eventually provided, the handling of the situation was poor from start to finish.
What followed was an extremely inefficient and frustrating customer service and grievance process, marked by repeated templated responses, lack of ownership, and no transparent resolution despite formal escalation.
The grievance process itself became more distressing than the original disruption.
This experience reflects a systemic issue in customer care and accountability, not a one-off problem.

I strongly recommend choosing a different airline. The experience is not worth it. In case of delays or cancellations, their organization and professionalism are severely lacking. Additionally, they misplaced my luggage along with that of many others without any communication. Spending a bit more for a reliable flight is definitely worth it.
