My first flight was with Indigo in 2019 from Cochin to Chennai.I was very pleased at that time and did not get a chance after that to fly with Indigo until 18/03/2026, even though I had more than 100 international travels.I came to Mumbai CST for my flight to Cochin after a long time again with Indigo a few days ago .I was surprised to see terribly mannered indigo’s staff and had terrible experience at terminal 2 Mumbai CST as well.I went to give complaint to a manager and his name was A***s(manager) at terminal 2on 18/03/2026 ,and I would say I have never come across with such a terrible and haughty attitude in an airline staff.unfortunately I would say STAY AWAY from this airline unless it’s a do or die situation for you .So sad to see a company going down like this
