I am severely let down. I ordered a gift for the holiday season, but it never arrived. After multiple emails, all I received were apologies with no solutions... Now, we have an empty Christmas tree and feelings of disappointment. The delivery service is a complete failure. No one knows where our package is. True luxury should equate to full customer satisfaction, not just processing an order and relying on incompetent delivery services. After hours on the phone seeking help, I was told I missed the delivery, even though I took three days off work to wait for it. What delivery driver doesn't have a mobile phone to call in 2025? I truly regret ordering this for the holidays. I cannot recommend this service for online shopping.
