I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a holiday gift, and it never arrived. After numerous emails resulting in only apologies, no resolution has been achieved... Now, we have an empty Christmas tree and feelings of disappointment. The delivery service has been a complete failure. No one seems to know where our package is. True luxury should equate to full customer satisfaction, not merely processing an order and relying on poorly managed delivery services. After spending hours on the phone seeking help, I was told I missed the delivery, despite taking three days off work to be available. What delivery driver doesn't have a mobile phone to communicate in 2025? I regret placing this order for the holidays. I cannot recommend this service for online shopping.

I suggest not ordering from them if you're in the UK. All their products come from another country, which means additional taxes. The delivery service they utilize is unreliable. If you need to return an item, expect to pay extra fees (I was charged £20) and their drop-off app is constantly crashing. The company has been unable to assist. Now, I’m stuck with goods worth £1500 and no way to return them! This has been a highly frustrating experience.
I placed an order expecting the promised 2–4 day delivery, especially since the item cost nearly £300. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Although a shipping label was created, the parcel was never handed over to the delivery service, which means nothing can be collected or delivered. Customer service repeatedly tried to shift the blame to the delivery service instead of admitting the package is still in their warehouse. After several emails, I still have no clear answer about when the package will actually be sent. I am traveling soon and ordered in good faith based on their stated delivery times, but their lack of transparency has caused significant stress and inconvenience. It is unacceptable for a premium brand to provide such vague and unhelpful responses while failing to meet their own delivery commitments. I genuinely hope they improve their fulfillment process and communication, as it currently falls far below expectations for a brand at this price point.
My recent experience was quite disappointing. I placed an order and paid through a payment service, but due to a delay on their end, the payment didn’t show up. Although the payment service confirmed the transaction, my order could not be processed. Consequently, I missed out on the ski suit I was eagerly anticipating and had to wait almost two weeks without any updates. Despite this situation being out of my control, and me facing the inconvenience, no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered. For a brand in this premium segment, I expected at least a customer-focused solution or some form of compensation, especially given the impact this issue had on me. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I’ve purchased a few items over the years and have generally been satisfied, but the customer service when issues arise is lacking. I expected much more from a premium brand. After breaking a zip on a pair of pants, I reached out to see if I could buy a replacement. They refused to assist and insisted I return them to the store. I explained I live in another country and bought them elsewhere, but they offered no help. It’s disappointing that I can't get a standard zip, forcing me to buy another pair. I won’t be purchasing from them again due to their patronizing and unhelpful attitude.
