I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. Even though I had an official 'Update of Damage' document signed at pick-up that clearly indicated 'Front Bumper Level 1' as pre-existing damage, they are now attempting to charge me 211.97 EUR for a minor mark on that same bumper. The car was returned at 04:30 AM in complete darkness, and the staff used a tablet and flash to find 'new' marks on a panel that was already documented as damaged. I possess a 4-minute continuous video of the car upon return along with their own initial contract that verifies the damage was present beforehand. This feels like a calculated attempt to defraud customers who may not keep every piece of paperwork. I have already disputed the charge with my bank and reached out to the consumer protection agency. A warning to others: capture videos of every inch of the car at pick-up and return, and retain your 'Update of Damage' forms! The service will attempt to bill you for damage you did not cause.
