Seriously, did you have illiterate sub-contractors from an off-grid village in China design the UI? There's still nothing intuitive about it, the terminology is weird and do I have a HELOC or a VISA card - I can't tell by you dumb#ss labels. I mean how do you not look at your cartoonish site and think, this looks like what they used as a tutorial in the 1980s to teach 3rd graders about banking. I DGAF if you are a credit union, you need to get some people who have used technology in this century to design you interfaces and services.
