Phoned today wanting to cancel my funeral plan that I have already paid half of. However I can only stop the payments and they are holding the remainder of my money until I pass and then my family can use it. I require this money in return as I have fallen in hard times and struggling, as I have been rather ill amd unable to work. No sympathy given. Don't recommend if its compassion you are looking for.
