I haven't had a good experience with this company. I expected the handles to be shipped locally, but they came from overseas, which delayed delivery. They arrived looking quite different from the pictures, and worse, the t-bar connection on each handle was loose. It's not a solid piece of brass; it's a screwed-in piece that was loose on all 27 handles I ordered, even after tightening them. I haven't attached them yet, but it would only be a matter of time before they become loose again. I reached out to customer service to arrange a return and refund due to these faults. I was asked for a video, which I provided, clearly showing the issue. I'm still waiting to hear back and feel I might be ignored. I can't recommend them and am skeptical about the reviews on their site. If they are genuine, then my batch must have defects, reinforcing my desire to return them for a refund.
