I cannot receive my payout because they insist on verifying my address. While I'm aware that this is standard with other platforms, they are now asking for additional documents such as a utility bill alongside my tax invoice, which already shows my address. They will not accept an official registration confirmation from my city that I tried to provide. Furthermore, they want a handwritten note with my ID. This is becoming ridiculous, and their document review process is taking far too long. It seems like they are trying to buy time to keep my funds. This is very unprofessional.
