Dealings left me with no confidence

Actual communication from Gold Medal has been shoddy. We asked for a transfer from Jorge Newberry to our hotel in Buenos Aires, the quote stated: You will be transferred from Airport to All Hotels Brazil Side in a Private Car With Guide. Completely different to what had been requestedThinking this might increase the price I asked for a breakdown of costs. Although Althams said they would try and obtain this it has not been forthcoming.Although this has not been provided we still booked transfers in Brazil; at a much higher cost than other suppliers, but we thought with it being in Rio we would rather have the extra security of a reputable firm. However when the confirmation was received I had two areas of concern:It is stated that our “luggage allowance - unless prior arrangement has been made” is one medium suitcase and one cabin suitcase per person”, however it doesn’t specify what a medium sized suitcase should measure! We will take one suitcase between us measuring 78cm x 46cm x 27cm plus one piece of cabin luggage and a cross body bag each and we need confirmation that this will be in order.Transfer waiting time: is limited to 15 minutes after the arranged pickup time, but the pickup time is not specified. Whilst a short transfer time is understandable at the hotel, at the airports when we will need to go through immigration and collect luggage we are unable to be so specific. If they leave do Blumar let me know that they have left, and how? These points have been outstanding over 2 weeks, whenever I chase up I am told, they haven’t responded to our email: well in that case why haven’t you picked up the phone, there is only 3 hours time difference.I expect resolution today
