This was a last minute booking. I rang the call centre late in the day on a Saturday and the lovely Carly Hankin answered. Not only did she listen and suggest options but she made herself available should they make the decision to book that day. Which they did, it was close to closing time but she had everything in place. So pleased with the service and between us we got a lovely last minute booking over the line.
