We spent a lot of money for my husbands retirement holiday a safari and onwards It’s fair to say we didn’t have the relaxing time we thought Cancelled flights hotels cancelled even though we had a voucher and we had to pay at the resort so paid twice!!!We are now in November after my husband complained for the dire customer service……. Nothing back they don’t care…….. wouldn’t book again this is our experience!!! Disgraceful customer service
