I would give no stars if possible. My entire order was short shipped. When I reached out to customer support, I was treated poorly and told that they reviewed the footage and that I was mistaken. They claimed that they consolidate orders (I had a second order) and that both were shipped together. Once I presented my evidence, they backtracked and said they had watched the wrong footage and would send the order immediately. I requested a cancellation, but they apparently do not allow that. Be sure to review their complicated return policy, as they discount everything, making returns void. Terrible service, and I recommend avoiding them completely. I'd rather dig up my own yard for pay dirt!
