My wife ordered a gift for me, and I still haven’t received it. I’m starting to wonder about the quality of their service or if they are just scamming people out of their money. We’ve been tracking it, and it was supposed to arrive again on Thursday, but it hasn’t shown up. I've never had issues like this before.
I would give no stars if possible. My entire order was short shipped. When I reached out to customer support, I was treated poorly and told that they reviewed the footage and that I was mistaken. They claimed that they consolidate orders (I had a second order) and that both were shipped together. Once I presented my evidence, they backtracked and said they had watched the wrong footage and would send the order immediately. I requested a cancellation, but they apparently do not allow that. Be sure to review their complicated return policy, as they discount everything, making returns void. Terrible service, and I recommend avoiding them completely. I'd rather dig up my own yard for pay dirt!
Save your money. I spent $165 on eight bags of one type and $42 on two bags of another, and ended up with only 0.402 grams combined. The only surprise was the lack of gold. If you're spending this much money, buy from a reputable dealer with guaranteed grams. This company sells hype and delivers disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend.

After a week of checking the status, I escalated to the postal service, which opened an investigation and discovered the company hadn't even sent the product yet. I contacted them, and they assured me it would be sent, but when it finally arrived, I was really let down. Don't waste your money on this service.

They bombard you with offers like buy one get three free, but all bags are essentially the same, averaging seven to eight tiny pieces that won't register on a scale. Four bags had less than 0.1 grams total. After spending $500 on dirt, I lost $75 on returns. Avoid purchasing through social media, as my card information was likely compromised, requiring me to get a new card and fix my autopay bills. Worst experience ever. Be warned.
