I like the investment value historical performance chart and the choice to view gold and silver investments by type, including the circle pie chart showing the allocation percentages of each asset. Purchasing and selling is very easy to do. However, It would be nice if there was a limit for the storage fees.
I’ve been a customer for ten years and while the service was good for holding my assets. Agile for buying, easy to store, invoicing and storage costs are decent. The moment I needed to sell during the metals craze in February 2026 things were not that good. First of all their buy back prices for the same metals I had purchased was around 4% below spot, while I was getting offers of 5% above spot from other brokers. Second, when I requested my metals to be moved to the vault of another broker, located few streets from their current Brinks location, they took weeks to answer and I’m still waiting weeks after for the delivery to be performed, losing some good opportunities in the process.
