This company collected my money and failed to credit the beneficiary for more than 72hrs, they have discontinued use of their phone lines so all means of communication is via the app, unfortunately the app is run by AI so messages are generalised. As at the time of writing this review the beneficiary nor I have been credited. AVOID!!!!!

This service is a scam with unfriendly customer support. It is completely inappropriate, slow, and inefficient. I had a verified account for nearly five years, and then suddenly, without any clear explanation, they informed me that "WE CAN NOT OFFER YOU ANY SERVICES ANY MORE" and refused to provide further details. This means that this unreliable company can terminate your services at any time, posing significant risks. Please stay away and do not trust them; your assets could be at stake. There are many better, more customer-friendly, and transparent financial services available online. I will be filing a complaint with the relevant authorities about this situation!
I've used the service multiple times and was always pleased. However, a recent transaction to a Kenyan bank account was not completed. For a refund, the company requested a bank statement. I provided a deposit statement, officially stamped by the bank, confirming that no funds were deposited, even beyond the initial timeframe requested. Now, the company is complicating matters by asking for the same bank statement and another update. This is unacceptable.
The service is highly efficient for transfers. I encountered an issue while sending, but the support team was exceptional—very quick to respond to my questions, understanding of my frustrations, and genuinely helpful in alleviating my stress.
