The process of receiving and evaluating my metals didn't take too long, but it would have been nice if there was some sort of "pizza tracker" style web page that let me know the metals were received, they were waiting to be assayed, etc. When people send in metals worth thousands of dollars, it makes them a little nervous. Scams are everywhere. A little update now and then would be nice. Even so, this is a great company! Thank you all!
