I ordered a high-end watch from a retailer on Tuesday 9th December, anticipating the next-day delivery promised on their website. By Thursday 11th, I had yet to receive the item or any updates. I spent over an hour in their customer service phone queue with no response, and the virtual support team also did not reply despite several attempts. For a seller of luxury items, this standard of service is very disappointing. As of 12th December, I still have not received a delivery date and have been unable to get in touch with the retailer, raising concerns that the watch won’t arrive before Christmas. I expected far better communication and dependability from a company of this stature.
