I purchased a 1550 rado watch from goldsmith , they had a promotional offer, you'd get a 150 pound e voucher after purchase.
I didnt receive mine, when contacting gold smith, their live chat takes the longest time and there's not guarantee your getting through to someone so I instead emailed with my order number ect.
I had a reply from maryam who said its had been sent and to check my junk, I replied to say that I checked and its not there. I also replied and told them that even they can see with the e voucher they supposedly sent that it hasn't been redeemed so can they re send it .
I've had not further response, moral of the story is I would have been better of buying from a different watch store who had the same offer.
