I placed an order on (next day delivery) on the 8th Mar at roughly 16:12pm. It’s been 3 days and I e still not received it.
Goldsmiths didn’t even bother to contact me to let me know there was an issue. I’ve had to contact you several times regarding this order which I should have received on Monday.
And to make it worse, the level of arrogance some customer service agents have on the online chat is concerning - I spoke to someone by the name of Marta who wasn’t much help at all. When I spoke to someone yesterday, I was told the exchange had been processed and that my order would arrive the following day only to be told differently today after I reached out for an update and sent 30 mins on the phone in a queue.
My experience so far has been abysmal and I still don’t know when my order will arrived. An order that was supposed to be delivered next day.
