Order a wedding ring in store and was told it would take 2-4 weeks to make. After 5 weeks I emailed for an update and after 6 weeks I received an email saying the order had been cancelled. No explanation, no apology just a blanket email... Customer service were useless, said they'd investigate for me and then just never got back to me. Contacted the branch myself and they couldn't give me a reason for the cancellation. Completely unreliable and useless. If you're looking for a jeweller you can trust, look elsewhere
