Very slow shipping. I ordered on 11/18 and it finally arrived on 12/23. I’m now trying to return it because the latency between when you hit the ball and when it registers it in the app is very slow. The customer service is terrible for the return. It took 3 emails from me to hear back from them. Now waiting on a return authorization and it’s been 4 days. Buy at your own risk.
