Extremely Disappointing Experience

This experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered this ahead of time for the holiday season, but I couldn't get a refund since it was past the 30-day mark, despite having opened it within that period. When I presented this gift to my husband, we attempted several times to make it work. It failed to accurately track swings, consistently falling short and never exceeding 20-30 yards regardless of our efforts. Interacting with the customer support team was frustrating; it took several days for them to respond, yet they were quick to send a 'review rating' for their service. By the time we completed our conversation, nearly another month had passed, making it over 60 days since I received the product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. The service and product quality are subpar, and I regrettably wasted money on a non-functional gift.

Frustrating Experience with the Order

I ordered two items, but when I used the payment method, it defaulted to my old shipping address. I've been trying to get it corrected to my current billing address, but there's no way to contact anyone. I emailed three days ago and haven't received a response. Damaged Product and Slow Refund Process

Upon receiving the product, I found that the tripod was damaged and wouldn't open. I requested a refund, but they insisted on receiving pictures of the item. I've sent the pictures and am now waiting for their decision.

Avoid This Product

This product is a complete waste of money. Everything about it is disappointing. There is no customer service available, and the app fails to pair with the golf mat during use. It's the worst simulator I've encountered. Don't be fooled by the advertisements.
