John was a horrible customer service representative at the Cumberland Mall in Smytna Ga . When I walked in and presented my question, he answered me with extremely low tolerance and No! Then, later, I saw him humiliate three young blackKids, I told him he was too loud. He was way too aggressive with the kids; then he told me aggressively that they were using $400 putters and scratching them. Then I told him there is a way to communicate with children. That was not the way… It made me SICK! After reporting the incident to the GM, I'm not sure there may be much done… The other sales associates were fine. Robert was understanding and patient with me…I went to a lurch club for my daughter there. To show fairness that I wasn't shown. I may have been dumb, but I wanted to reveal a lesson for my daughter and them. Robert, again, was good, and that helped me make the purchase
