My experience was extremely frustrating. I ordered a $2,600 set of golf clubs online, but received left-handed irons instead of right-handed ones. When I contacted support, I was told my only option was to drive to the store that made the error (25 minutes away) for a manual exchange. If I wanted to do that, I would have just gone to the store instead of ordering online. Very disappointing service.
I had a fitting recently, and while the representative did a good job, I was disappointed to learn that I have to wait 3-4 weeks for my clubs. It's hard to believe that with all the clubs available, they couldn't find a set I could take home right away. I wish there was a way to get my money back.
My league partnered with the company for an event where they offered a 20% discount on everything. I expressed interest in a full set of clubs and was told that if I signed up for a fitting, the discount would apply when I purchased. After my fitting, I was informed that the brand I chose was not eligible for the discount. I then tried a different brand to utilize the discount, but was told it was also ineligible. I was frustrated, especially since I was ready to spend over $2000 that day.
I bought a set of clubs a few years ago, but the shaft was not what I ordered. When I called customer service, they were unable to assist me. I expected at least some compensation or a solution, but there was none. This reflects poorly on the company's commitment to their customers.
I signed up for text alerts to receive a 15% discount, but was told at checkout that the clubs were price-protected, so no discount applied. I've spent a lot over the years on clubs and putters, so it's frustrating to receive such treatment.
My online shopping experience was terrible. I placed an order with expedited shipping, expecting it to arrive by a certain date, but it didn't. When I called, I was told they couldn't cancel my order, leaving me to wait indefinitely. It's disappointing to feel misled and ignored.
