Deceptive advertising for Golf Pass+ Membership.As a Black Friday deal in November 2024 Golf Now offered their Golf Pass+ Membership discounted from the regular price of $99 to $79. The offer stated clearly (I made a screenshot) that the offer included one full year of waived tee booking fees. Today I booked my 11th tee time and Golf Now charged me a $6.98 booking fee. When I called customer service about this they asked that I email them a copy of my screen shot. Then I got a call back about an hour later from an agent (from India) that said that I only get 10 waived tee credits and that the offer did not state that they were waived for a year. Following is the offer wording verbatim. FOR A LIMITED TIME GET $20 OFF A MEMEBERSHIP THAT INCLUDES WAIVED TEE FEES FOR A FULL YEAR. This could not be more plain, but the agent keep telling me that is not what the wording was even thought I provided him clear proof. Beware of Golf Now as they don't hold up their end of the deal.
