1/14/25 update: I updated my review from 1 start to 2. They did finally respond back to me via email, and they did reimburse me. Basically, I was on an annual auto-pay, and I forgot, don't use the service anymore, and it auto-got me, for 2025, since I forgot it was on auto renew. They did finally reimburse for that, so that was nice of them...but they sure don't make it easy to contact them when you need to speak to someone LIVE. Impossible actually.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Omg, company is a joke. Can't reach customer service, they provide no other means to reach them, besides an automated phone system that never takes you to a representative. Horrible horrible horrible. GolfNow idiots... If you're out there reading this, contact me, and maybe I'll remove this review. Quit stealing my money.
