Their site populated the incorrect date (Monday rather than Saturday, I changed it twice to the correct date and the system booked it incorrectly) while booking a tee time. I called about the error immediately and they wouldn't refund me the $5. I talked to 3 different people and they all said the same thing. Sounds like a call center out of the states that handle things and they are all useless. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Im going to have to have the credit card company deal with it. I had used golf now for a decade previously, and will never use them again - all over $5. Terrible, terrible, terrrrrrible.
