I've been a golfnow vip member since they started the program, my account states I've saved 13k I would assume that means I've spent 4 to 5 times that amount on tee times most likely much more. When i became a member you could use your rewards to get items like golf clubs, clothes, etc..then it became you got cash toward rounds anytime then it changed to certain times during weekdays, now it's some weird points system that makes no sense and you're unsure how much you have or how much they're worth. Customer service used to be a live person until 7pm eastern now it's an AI until 5pm and you have to trick it to get you to a live person that's overseas and instead of customer service that values you as a long time member it's a how can we keep from giving you any service or credit for what you paid. We played 3 holes and the horn blew to stop play due to weather,I called customer service (there apparently is no longer a vip line) and the gentleman at first said since i played 4 holes i could not get a full credit for my round I repeated that I had only played 3 holes then he said 3 holes was the point where i could not get full credit, in the end he said I would get $125 in credit towards future rounds, I only received $25. This will be my last year as a golfnow member due to declining customer service, loss of value of the service, their business model of every year chipping away at the benefits of being a member, and not valuing me as a longtime member .thanks for listening Scott Warner
