Very poor service. I was required to pay a $20 booking fee immediately when making a tee time. My credit card was charged right away. After our booking, the golf course told us it would be aerated the day before we played. The golf course agreed to allow me to cancel. GolfNow would not refund my $20 until they spoke to the golf course. GolfNow claimed they were unable to reach the golf course (even though I had just spoken to someone in the pro shop). GolfNow then required me to call them back the following day. Very strange that GolfNow gave me two different phone numbers to try. I want a refund!
