I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. I will NEVER spend money with this company again. I ordered a product for my daughter back in August 2025, clearly marked as a pre-order with a shipping expectation of 10-12 weeks. When 12 weeks passed, I contacted their customer service and received a generic response about it being a pre-order and their efforts to ship soon. A week later, I was informed of a delay, now expected to ship ON or BEFORE December 12th. As that date came and went without any shipping notification, I reached out again. The next morning, I received a shipping notification that just a label had been created. The following Monday, I got another vague response saying it was being processed for shipment. I pointed out that 'prepared to ship' and 'shipped' are different, and their previous email promised shipment by the 12th. I asked if they could expedite shipping since it had already been delayed twice and these were meant to be my daughter's Christmas gift. I was told they couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas. The shoes sat in pre-shipment for a week and arrived the day after Christmas. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I could understand delays if the items were uniquely made, but they were mass-produced with mediocre quality. This company is truly disappointing.
