Extremely Disappointed with This Company

I would have given ZERO stars if possible. I will NEVER spend money with this company again. I ordered a specific item for my daughter back in August 2025, understanding it was a pre-order with a stated shipping timeframe of 10-12 weeks. When 12 weeks passed, I contacted their customer service and received a generic response about it being a pre-order and their efforts to ship as soon as possible. A week later, I was informed of another delay, with a new expected shipping date of ON or BEFORE December 12th. As that date came and went without any shipping notification, I reached out again. The next morning, I received a notification that a shipping label had been created. The following Monday, I got another generic response about my order being processed for shipment. I pointed out that preparing to ship and actually shipping are two different things, emphasizing that “shipped” means it's on its way, not still in pre-shipment. Again, I received a vague apology and was told my order was being processed and would ship soon. I requested expedited shipping since there had already been two delays, and these were meant to be a Christmas present. I was told they couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas. The item remained in pre-shipment for an ENTIRE WEEK! Ultimately, it arrived the DAY AFTER Christmas. This has been the worst customer support experience I've ever encountered. I could understand delays if the items were uniquely crafted, but they were mass-produced elsewhere, and the quality is just mediocre. This company has truly disappointed me.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. This experience is painful. I ordered from a brand I trusted without checking reviews, which was a mistake. I ordered a jacket, and it arrived in a plain plastic bag, with no tags or anything. The fit was off, and while I could technically return it, I would have to pay for return shipping and only receive store credit. I never wanted store credit. This jacket was intended as a Christmas gift. Customer service, as noted by others, is unhelpful and dismissive. I lost a significant amount of money, which is disheartening. This experience has changed how I feel about the brand I once admired. I strongly advise against ordering here; it feels like my money was taken.

This company is disappointing

This company is disappointing! They do not allow any returns, even unopened items, and only offer store credit. The customer service is lacking. This company is not going to succeed with such poor reviews!

The shoes sat in pre-shipment for a week and arrived the day after Christmas. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I could understand delays if the items were uniquely made, but they were mass-produced with mediocre quality. This company is truly disappointing.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I rushed to arrive before closing, only to be turned away. Another family behind me faced the same issue, being told that nothing could be done and that the manager was unavailable. Avoid this place. The employees and management are unhelpful.

I don't understand the negative reviews

I ordered a vinyl soon after its release, despite being hesitant due to negative reviews. Surprisingly, it arrived just a few days later than promised, unlike the lengthy delays reported by others. The product was in great condition. I suspect that many of the negative reviews stem from holiday orders, which may explain their frustrations. This is from a satisfied customer in Germany.

Awful service – Avoid at all costs

The order arrived quickly, but it was incorrect. Now I have to pay for return shipping, even though the error was theirs. Terrible service, definitely not recommended – don’t waste your money.
