I would have given ZERO stars if possible. I will NEVER spend money with this company again. I ordered a specific item for my daughter back in August 2025, understanding it was a pre-order with a stated shipping timeframe of 10-12 weeks. When 12 weeks passed, I contacted their customer service and received a generic response about it being a pre-order and their efforts to ship as soon as possible. A week later, I was informed of another delay, with a new expected shipping date of ON or BEFORE December 12th. As that date came and went without any shipping notification, I reached out again. The next morning, I received a notification that a shipping label had been created. The following Monday, I got another generic response about my order being processed for shipment. I pointed out that preparing to ship and actually shipping are two different things, emphasizing that “shipped” means it's on its way, not still in pre-shipment. Again, I received a vague apology and was told my order was being processed and would ship soon. I requested expedited shipping since there had already been two delays, and these were meant to be a Christmas present. I was told they couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas. The item remained in pre-shipment for an ENTIRE WEEK! Ultimately, it arrived the DAY AFTER Christmas. This has been the worst customer support experience I've ever encountered. I could understand delays if the items were uniquely crafted, but they were mass-produced elsewhere, and the quality is just mediocre. This company has truly disappointed me.
