I entered into a signed contract with Gologonow for the development of a website at a clearly stated price of $5,000. The contract does not contain any clause stating that a delay or pause in production would result in additional fees or require the project to be restarted at a higher cost.After the project was put on pause, I was informed that I would now need to pay nearly double the original agreed price to receive the website. I was even willing to compromise and pay a reasonable additional amount in good faith — despite the fixed price in the signed agreement — but the company has refused to honor the original contract terms.Additionally, I was asked to send payment via Zelle to a different company name than the one listed in the contract. When I looked up the business address associated with the company, it did not align with what I would expect from a professional web development firm. These inconsistencies raised serious concerns for me.At this point, I feel misled and extremely disappointed. I strongly encourage others to thoroughly review contracts, verify business details, and proceed with caution before engaging with this company.I attempted multiple times to resolve this matter professionally and in good faith. Unfortunately, my experience has not reflected the level of transparency or integrity I expected.
