I entered into a signed contract with Gologonow for the development of a website at a clearly stated

I entered into a signed contract with Gologonow for the development of a website at a clearly stated price of $5,000. The contract does not contain any clause stating that a delay or pause in production would result in additional fees or require the project to be restarted at a higher cost.

After the project was put on pause, I was informed that I would now need to pay nearly double the original agreed price to receive the website. I was even willing to compromise and pay a reasonable additional amount in good faith — despite the fixed price in the signed agreement — but the company has refused to honor the original contract terms.

Additionally, I was asked to send payment via Zelle to a different company name than the one listed in the contract. When I looked up the business address associated with the company, it did not align with what I would expect from a professional web development firm. These inconsistencies raised serious concerns for me.

At this point, I feel misled and extremely disappointed. I strongly encourage others to thoroughly review contracts, verify business details, and proceed with caution before engaging with this company.

I attempted multiple times to resolve this matter professionally and in good faith. Unfortunately, my experience has not reflected the level of transparency or integrity I expected.

Buyer Beware: My $11,000 App Nightmare with Go Logo Now

I signed a binding contract with Go Logo Now in October 2023 for a custom mobile app. What followed was a nightmare so egregious that I’ve had to retain an attorney and am actively pursuing legal action. Consider this a public warning to anyone thinking of hiring this company.Despite paying $11,000, Go Logo Now never delivered a functional beta. The contract clearly required a completed app submitted to the App Store and Google Play by February 2024, yet that deadline came and went without even a working prototype. Eighteen months later, every so-called “build” was unstable, incomplete and riddled with bugs. I was never given a single line of source code and was expected to serve as their quality-assurance (QA) department, personally finding and reporting errors instead of receiving a properly tested product. The financial dealings were just as shady. They demanded payments outside the agreed milestone schedule and couldn’t even keep their own numbers straight—emails listed two different totals ($10,912 vs. $11,000). They later tried to up-charge me by claiming the Admin Panel, which was plainly spelled out in the contract, was an “extra” feature. I formally requested a refund on February 28, February 29, and June 18, 2024; each time I got nothing but stalling tactics and empty promises. All this unfolded while I endured a high-risk pregnancy and a difficult birth, and my business partner faced serious health crises and multiple hospitalizations. The delays destroyed his ability to take on other paid work and forced him off the project entirely. I was promised they’d use my recovery period and the transition to a new partner to finally finish the app. Instead, by June 2025, less than two months after giving birth, it was obvious they never intended to deliver. Citing the contract clause allowing cancellation and refund for grave non-compliance, I demanded a full refund. I was flatly denied and received this jaw-dropping text:“You should focus on your baby now. This kind of stress isn’t good for a new mom. I understand you’re upset, but business is business. What’s done is done. You can’t afford to fight it anyway, so just let it go.”My new business partner was also sent a threatening text accusing him of “brainwashing me” into seeking a refund. As if that weren’t outrageous enough, the project’s original head, John Morrison, later contacted me privately, trying to extort an additional $6,300 for what he claimed was the finished source code despite my having already paid the full $11,000. Throughout the ordeal I dealt with at least six different so-called representatives—Ryan Fernandes, John Morrison, Travis Walker, Kurt Goodwin, Robert Anderson and Muhammad—all emailing from the same company domain while their tone, authority and stories shifted constantly, making accountability impossible.BOTTOM LINE: Go Logo Now breached their own contract, missed every critical deadline, demanded extra payments, tried to extort me and used intimidation instead of integrity. I never received a functional deliverable despite paying $11,000 and am now in active legal proceedings to recover my money. *****Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!*****

Con artist

It’s unreal how pathetic people working for this company. They are scammers, thieves, and liars.I thank God that I did not send them a lot of money. They were supposed to create a logo once I received a sample of the logo. I use my sources as a web designer and I was able to find the identical Logo by doing a simple Google search going through Pages very simple. All they did is use Photoshop to remove the text and add my business name. Do you know the most pathetic thing about it is they can’t even spell their work my 10-year-old daughter, can do better. It looks like clip arts. Under any circumstances do not believe or use their services I sent an E transfer of about $90 Canadian. The e-transfer address was very very sketchy. Again, stay away from them as far as you can. They are con artist and fake.

There are lots of reputable companies…

There are lots of reputable companies out there that are reliable, efficient and have great integrity. These guys are thieves, they will steal your ideas. People who steal others people ideas are intellectually weak in my opinion. Stay away from these guys.

This company is a big scam!!Extortion risk

This company is a big scam!!! They sent me an email notifying me that the ADA department was going to fine me because my website was not ADA compliant. I asked them to send me the letter so I can see it myself and I come to find out they sent me a fake letter and I say fake because I contacted the department and asked if the employee that had supposedly signed and wrote the letter works there and they denied it. The letter go logo now had sent me wasn't even a real letter written by ADA it was a letter written by go logo now and when I caught them in the act I they responded with "its a real letter from ADA and the person that signed the letter gave us permission to use his signature" Go logo now was trying to charge me 6k just to make my website ADA compliant and they said if I don't fix my website that I will get fined. I never got fined so it was a lie. Also, I paid 3k for my website design and after I caught them trying to scam me/extort me I told them to transfer my website to a new server because I didn't want to work with them anymore and they said it was going to be an additional 2.5k just for them to transfer my website to a new server! This company is a huge scam. Avoid them at all costs!

I was a bit worried about how

I was a bit worried about how complicated the app development process would be, but the team made it surprisingly simple. They took care of everything and delivered a great app. Would definitely work with them again!

Do not use this company

I paid Over £6000 for an electronics game including support once it went live, including uploading onto iOS and android, and the set up of a web site to advertise the game. The game has not been finished after several months, and they asked me for more money which I stupidly agreed to pay, including letting them remotely use my laptop. I went along because they showed me the game they designed based on. My design and visuals. After editing their work they came back with finished game but then problems started with uploading onto internet. For months no work was being doneI will be seeing a solicitor about this company and I will be requesting a refundA summary of concerning points listed below:- They are not registered on companies house in the UK purposely, so they are not traceable.- They regularly instigate a change of account managers on your project to evade a single source of blame. In my case this was jasper and Daniel. My extra payments were to a m rafik- Once payment is made they communicate intermittently and eventually completely stop.- Constantly push for more services not having completed the original- when I allowed them to use my computer remotely their up adress came in as Pakistani and then the Netherlands. This is very disturbing and worrying. They said they were Uk based. I think not- the chap called jasper said he went to the same university I went to. I think this was just a scam. They probably looked at my link in profileDo not under any circumstances use this company. You have seen the reviews below. They are crooksThis is such a shady industry. I initially didn’t contact them. They contacted me through a locator website called barkAn upset personUk
