We ordered a sofa with high hopes. The company was responsive initially, answering questions and sending samples. We felt confident in our choice. However, after ordering, we were told to expect a delivery date 48 hours in advance but received a last-minute message indicating delivery would be the next morning. We arranged for someone to be home but by noon, there was no sign of the delivery. Upon calling, we learned the delivery van broke down, which should have been communicated. Now, we’ve been left chasing for updates with little response, making us feel like we might have been scammed. I wouldn’t recommend this service if you want a reliable delivery.
