They called to confirm the footstool's design, and I was happy to pay a bit extra for a perfect fit. The delivery took three weeks, which was a week longer than expected, but that was manageable given the adjustments. My only minor concern is that the back seats clip together, but the U-shaped parts do not, so they tend to shift. Also, the included cushions were a bit basic, but we opted for a full back and I just used some I bought elsewhere. Overall, the quality and service were excellent! Highly recommend.
