We ordered a sofa with great excitement. The company was responsive and helpful, which made us feel confident. However, after ordering, we were told we would receive a delivery date 48 hours in advance but instead got a last-minute message about next morning delivery. We arranged for someone to be home, but when the time came, there was no delivery. Upon calling, we learned the van broke down, which should have been communicated. Now, we are left waiting and chasing for updates, beginning to feel scammed. I would advise against using this service if you want a sofa.
