The product I selected on the website was shown as available, with a delivery estimate of 3-5 days. However, I received a notification the next day stating it was unavailable and I had to wait an additional week for delivery. A week later, the same situation occurred again! This raises concerns about either the incompetence of the IT department in syncing stock counts or the dishonesty towards customers.
