I am quite annoyed by the delivery times and the lack of communication. The items took much longer to arrive than anticipated, and I often found out they were available only by checking myself, as I wasn't notified. Email responses are very slow, or I don't receive any at all. Customer support definitely needs improvement.

I ordered a shower mixer that was marked as "in stock" on the website, but it turned out to be unavailable. After two weeks, I received a damaged item and reported it immediately, but there was a long silence for nine days, leaving me without a proper shower for nearly a month. Update: after making a direct call, we reached an agreement that worked for both sides. The company seems to lack sufficient staff for processing claims, so it's better to call for quicker responses.
The product I selected on the website was shown as available, with a delivery estimate of 3-5 days. However, I received a notification the next day stating it was unavailable and I had to wait an additional week for delivery. A week later, the same situation occurred again! This raises concerns about either the incompetence of the IT department in syncing stock counts or the dishonesty towards customers.
