The thing is last saturday i have booked one of your service, i booked it at saturday morning 8:00 and your service buddy came to pick up the car by 4:PM...and he promised me to deliver the car saturday itself, i was doubt and since i have so many personal health problems which all purpose i need my car to go hospital so and so...i requested your service buddy 100 time and he promised me to deliver the car by saturday itself and once it turn evening, he stopped attending my calls and he havent returned my car on saturday ..I called your support for help, but I realised that all the people whom I talked to in your support team are just there to attend the call and not to solve any issues. I realised that your team is not able to reach Service Buddy....I tried to talk to the support team 1000 times and slept without a resolution ...On Sunday, I called Service Buddy multiple times, in between he picked up the call...and I asked for the car...now he is telling me he won't deliver, and he told me if you need the car then go to the police station and used bad words...but honestly, now I don't know what to do that time.I just kept myself silent...But somehow I managed to get my car by Sunday evening, during these all-time..I sent multiple messages to your escalation manager, as well as made 20 calls to her, but she never responded to me...so yesterday I checked my car and found that the suspension has a problem...After the service i found that there were problems in my car; my car was not in a smooth drivable position. But before I gave my car, it was working like a charm...now it has become like an old horse...I immediately informed your service buddy, but unfortunately, he is not ready to help me on this...the service was basic...but they knowingly or unknowinly touch my car and screwed up my car, and it's in a terrible condition now....So far no help and no support from your team, and your escalation manager's behaviour was worse than Chennai's roads...* See, I have a huge concern here...If a person faces a problem with your service buddy or any kind of problem with your gomecanic...if there is a problem whom would help us to resolve this kind of problem?...we customers are at your doorstem believing you guys do professional work and with out headache we will get serviced and if there any problem you guys wll help us to solve this things easily...Your service buddy does a bad behaviour, your escalation manager seems to be coming to the office like how people goes to vecation...then the customer should connect with whom to solve this kind of issue?... There is no responsible person to resolve this issue...then how can customers trust companies like Gomechanic...? ...Customers have so many options in this market, but companies like goMechanic works purly based on customer TRUST.
