i recently booked an SOS service for jump starter issue and bought a miles membership on top of that. the service buddy said he'll allot a person within 30-45 min. nobody came and the service buddy didn't even bother to pick up the call. such a scam website. do not waste your money in this.

Fraud and service SCAM--Never Book service from goMechanic

The below mail I wrote to the CEO's of Gomechanic.in.. but it seems they are also not responsible for this...Hi Himanshu/Amit Bhasin /The Person Who is responsible for taking action based on this email/ who can make this email available to the responsible person, * I believe I am writing this email to the right persons, I hope you will take some action after reading this email...I apologise if you face any inconvenience due to this email.This email's purpose is to highlight the issues which I faced while I gave my car to gomechanic service and the pathetic behaviour from your escalation manager, how she supports the inappropriate behaviour from the service buddy....she never tried to reach out the service buddy to understand the problem ...all she told me is she was in hospital and couldnt respond(Clealy visible that she is just blabering)Escalation Ticket ID: E20260117968354250Escalation Manager Name: Anjali KumariEscalation Manager Number: +91 9267999137It's clearly visible that your escalation manager is coming to the Gomechanic office, probably only to enjoy AC and to get a salary. No work from her, and if she had done her work properly, I wouldn't be in this today's problem with my car....* Writing to you guys, not to claim anything or not to spam, but just want to highlight how your irresponsible employees will spoil your company's brand image....You can simply close or delete this mail if it doesnt makes ay sense...ORDERS > ORDER # 20260117968354250I want to raise a complaint directly with you, as your support team failed to address it, and your escalation team also failed to handle it, despite my making hundreds of phone calls to your team last night. The thing is last saturday i have booked one of your service, i booked it at saturday morning 8:00 and your service buddy came to pick up the car by 4:PM...and he promised me to deliver the car saturday itself, i was doubt and since i have so many personal health problems which all purpose i need my car to go hospital so and so...i requested your service buddy 100 time and he promised me to deliver the car by saturday itself and once it turn evening, he stopped attending my calls and he havent returned my car on saturday ..I called your support for help, but I realised that all the people whom I talked to in your support team are just there to attend the call and not to solve any issues. I realised that your team is not able to reach Service Buddy....I tried to talk to the support team 1000 times and slept without a resolution ...On Sunday, I called Service Buddy multiple times, in between he picked up the call...and I asked for the car...now he is telling me he won't deliver, and he told me if you need the car then go to the police station and used bad words...but honestly, now I don't know what to do that time.I just kept myself silent...But somehow I managed to get my car by Sunday evening, during these all-time..I sent multiple messages to your escalation manager, as well as made 20 calls to her, but she never responded to me...so yesterday I checked my car and found that the suspension has a problem...After the service i found that there were problems in my car; my car was not in a smooth drivable position. But before I gave my car, it was working like a charm...now it has become like an old horse...I immediately informed your service buddy, but unfortunately, he is not ready to help me on this...the service was basic...but they knowingly or unknowinly touch my car and screwed up my car, and it's in a terrible condition now....So far no help and no support from your team, and your escalation manager's behaviour was worse than Chennai's roads...* See, I have a huge concern here...If a person faces a problem with your service buddy or any kind of problem with your gomecanic...if there is a problem whom would help us to resolve this kind of problem?...we customers are at your doorstem believing you guys do professional work and with out headache we will get serviced and if there any problem you guys wll help us to solve this things easily...Your service buddy does a bad behaviour, your escalation manager seems to be coming to the office like how people goes to vecation...then the customer should connect with whom to solve this kind of issue?... There is no responsible person to resolve this issue...then how can customers trust companies like Gomechanic...? ...Customers have so many options in this market, but companies like goMechanic works purly based on customer TRUST. GoMechanic is an absolute FRAUD

GoMechanic is an absolute FRAUD. They damaged my reverse camera during service, took the camera out, and NEVER fixed it. After that, they stopped picking my calls and kept giving excuses. Their customer service is a joke — the most pathetic support I have ever seen. They only raise tickets to show activity and then close them by giving a one-second missed call and claiming ‘multiple attempts made’. This is CHEATING.They add unnecessary items to inflate the bill, try to force extra charges, and when caught, they simply remove items quietly. This is clear proof of their fraudulent practices. GoMechanic doesn’t repair cars — they create MORE problems and then run away from responsibility.If you value your money and your car, NEVER go to GoMechanic. This company survives on lies, fake promises, and cheating customers. The worst service experience of my life — they deserve 0 stars.

Very very bad service by go mechanic

Very very bad service by go mechanic. Helper so called mechanic were not skilled for any service. They make my bill in 6 figures amount. They will send you wassap every day once you leave car at their place for parts replacement. Most of parts their worker brake themselves. I recently service' my skoda they made complete ecm and wiring maintenence as they mentioned in bill l but every 500 mtrs car stopped. There is smoke from engine likely to catch fire. Most worst part service buddy assigned to me who will never come to workshop to see what's the shit going on. Only on calls go mechanic helper will give him information as they like.My car damaged more now who is going to be responsible ?

Worst Service and Worst Support!

I recently had my car serviced through Gomechanic. They picked it up from my home on Monday and returned it on Saturday—almost six days later. Initially, they sent a quotation of Rs. 34,500, citing multiple damaged items. I opted for a normal service and clutch replacement for Rs. 21,000. Despite repeated follow-ups with their agent and customer support regarding the higher quote, I received no proper response.After the service, when I tested the car, it now sounds like a 20-year-old vehicle, with heavy noise and shaking while starting or stopping. Before the service, the car was smooth with no jerks. Spending Rs. 21,000 for this result has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Gomechanic.

Poor customer service

Purchased a tire on May 18 ..they informed it s not available but never returned the money ..infact we should check ourselves whether what we cancel gets registered..this issue was taken up by me and amount has still not been returned

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, GoMechanic buddy was rude and not showing interest in work or not trying to understand problem. They pasted amseal to avoid oil leckage from engine chamber even after full engine work. Whole vehicle was making noice after the service. So many nuts was loosed. Never go for GoMechanic.
