Escalation: Asutosh KumarESCALATION ID: E202502105105103Service buddy: ManojEvery time car goes, service buddy never calls out because of lack of focus on cars assigned and they with a nexus with workshop comes up with not so required work with a big bang labour budget.There spare parts are minimum 1.5x high compared to market rates of same brand and wait time is more than 3x if you get spare from them.Worst is the guys asuthosh or even any guy from escalation so far are least bothered to even accountable for the job they are deputed to and completely understand the prey of workshop and service buddy.No communication, only park the car, take clients for ransom with no to the point pain point address rather to save their face without even having to the point photos or videos to document things they keep on giving you a list which is not desirable in most of the times.My car is standing for 2-3 pain points for which their half hearted diagnostics have given a opaque quote of some 37k. Strange is all in the system including escalation manager even dare to challenge the app rate visible for a particular work.Management is busy in doing valuation game and team is so so over valued without knowledge and attitude full of arrogance, reaping.UPDATE 1-Mar-2025:One escalation guy named Sumeet called me and assured to take care of things by understanding the mental agony for a long period of time due to very very opaque practice of labour tariffs and timelines.He was courteous and told me that he will get things rolling same day after having a word with the escalation manager mentioned above by keeping me in loop.However so far I am awaiting to hear from the team what is the car is upto since it is almost 2 weeks car is standing still due to internal confusion and communication gap with the workshop, service buddy, app rates and othersI will keep the forum updated about how the situation handling is in progress by the concerned team of gonmechanic escalation team at the earliest
