Had a terrible experience with GoMechanic. I called customer care to book a windshield replacement for my Mahindra Thar in Amritsar. They confirmed my appointment and sent me the shop address. However, when I tried to locate the shop using the address, it didn’t exist. Upon calling customer support again, they claimed there was no appointment under my number, and there is apparently no GoMechanic auto repair shop in Amritsar. Completely wasted my entire day! Extremely disappointed with the service.
